I have a logic in Zoho forms where i ask the user if they are in England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland. Based on their response a drop-down list of counties for that country appears. The user can select a County.

However, I now want to integrate my Form with my CRM but I can only select the Province(county) field from the CRM once. 

I need to somehow merge the 4 county fields from Zoho forms and integrate them with 1 Province(country) in CRM. 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated?
