How do I know my own zoho generated email to fwd mail to here

I have my own email address here (not zoho) receiving the welcome emails but I tried a test email forwarded from my other server (siteground) to the email address that was generated here for the DNS server but that must not be my email here?

Did not do new MX records as I am only forwarding email to here.

Hope that made sense.

Where do I find that kind of info on this end?

Also cannot find settings for send/receive intervals?
