By our state government law, we are required to withhold 4% from payments to subcontractors who have ITIN instead of SSN or EIN.  How can Zoho One help me with this? We already use Zoho Payroll for our employees but getting a new subcontractor with ITIN and researching how to handle it in Zoho.
