How do u edit and save it when u already extracted it out of zoho?

Well. I have a forum for some games and i linked that spreadsheet to the website and i wish that i could edit it from the website. is it possible? i tried to click on edit and type in some things. but after that. i can't save it. And when i refresh that website. Everything is back to blank sheet. Pls advise on this if there's a way to do it.
