How do you change the fields displayed when you click "view detail" of associated candidates on a job opening?

How do you change the fields displayed when you click "view detail" of associated candidates on a job opening?

I've created a custom field, which I can view under the Associated Candidates section of a job opening page. 

I would like to be able to see that custom field  when I view all candidates after clicking "view detail" at the top of the job opening , when that quick view window pops up. I want my custom field to show up on the right panel of this window with the other Basic Info. How do I customize the fields of this window?
