How do you handle unsubscribes in CRM and MarketingHub

How do you handle unsubscribes in CRM and MarketingHub

We're relatively new to Zoho and I'm trying to determine the best route when it comes to Contacts/Leads who unsubscribe. I was told about the unsubscribe form for the CRM but the Zoho representative wasn't sure about what that would do in MarketingHub, if anything. I would like to keep track of all Leads/Contacts, even if they unsubscribe, to keep from re-adding them in the future and sending them mail again by accident. Anyone aware of a place where such Leads/Contacts can be stored to avoid sending them emails from the CRM or MarketingHub? Thanks!
