How do you upload an image to your email message body in Zoho Recruit

I am using Zoho Recruit and have uploaded a jpeg image file of each candidate in to the candidate module.

I now want to forward this picture within the CV forwarded to client email template. I can not see the field in the drop down menu.

I have tried guessing the field ${picture} but this pulls across the following

"/Resume/TEXTFIELD6/3515041/Cropped1311750992956_IMGP2175.JPG"

This suggests it is finding the jpeg but not pulling the picture across.??

I need to be able to include the picture of the applicant in the email.

Please can you advise on how to do this.
