How long does Zoho Mail Contacts CardDAV take to sync?

How long does Zoho Mail Contacts CardDAV take to sync?

The Contacts are syncing between Zoho Mail and Mac OS Contacts but edits in Mac Contacts aren't showing in Zoho after 15 minutes.  Where are the settings in Zoho Mail for sync time?  I've tried setting the Mac Contacts Preferences to Automatically and 1 Minute without success.
