In Zoho Docs, I love that we can check in/out. And that there is a version control system. 

My question is: how many number of versions do you keep per doc? Can I determine that? I dont see a place where I manage this. Please help.

It is necessary for me to control this, because we may end up with hundreds of versions when the whole team works on the project, increasing data usage tremendously (and costing us increasingly more).
