How often are your outgoing mails undelivered?

How often are your outgoing mails undelivered?

Hello to Zoho community.

Please can you tell me how often are you in situation, that your outgoing mails are returned back? For example due to the fact, that ZoHo IPs are blacklisted...
We are testing ZoHo to find out wether we can use it for our company, but today is a second time during  in last 5 days, that our mails are returned back with the ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :5.7.0 Blocked
The first time ZoHo support acknowledged, that their IP was blacklisted. Today we recieved the same message, same error code, so we assume, that the IP is blacklisted again.
This is too moch. If this is usual situation, I am afraid we can not use ZoHo for our business mails.

Can you please help us with our decission and confirm, that theese situations are or are not so frequent? We can not afford such situations, that our mails won't be delivered.
