How to abort a report email schedule if query is empty?

I am needing a way to create scheduled condition alerts when certain criteria exist in our Zoho Reports databases.

I don't want to send a report/alert email if the query/condition is nonexistent/empty.

How would I do that with the Zoho Reports Scheduling feature?
