We are building a mobile app that API's lead info from ZOHO crm (leads module) and would like to add a refer a friend program via a ZOHO form the would prefill their info (Name, Email and Phone) whilst they add the person they are referring (Name, Email, Phone (Address - Optional)). 

Is there a way to do this? Via API'ing a link into the app similar to the may you integrate a form into an email?
