How to add a spreadsheet from docs to notebook

I can't seem to figure this one out on my own so any help will definitely be appreciated.

What I wanted to do was create a spreadsheet in Notebook. I couldn't find the option, so instead I created the spreadsheet in docs. What I want to do is put that spreadsheet in Notebook (or as a link in Notebook), and then to be able to edit that spreadsheet. Make sense?

Currently I have to download the spreadsheet because I can't edit it, then I make the amendments, then I upload it again. I have a note in Notebook saying to check the version on my hard drive before I overwrite, in case I forget to upload.

If there's a better way like what I originally wanted to do that'd be excellent, but I need some help how to go about it!
