I would like to schedule some reports for my employess. They all have an account with an email address. However, when I schudule a report and try to select email recipients I cannot see all users. In fact, I can only see two users from the drop down list (marked by red rectangle in the screenshot). How can I make other users selectable from the list?
I know I can manually add their email address in the "Additional Recipients" but this is so unintuitive. Plus Zoho will keep reminding me that the reports are being shared to "External Users", which is very annoying.
