How to add Zoho Forms into the Desk Customer Portal

Hello,
We would like to prepare a special customer form ( This form will be dynamic, so I need to use Zoho form, Advanced web form inside the desk is not suitable for us ) and to integrate this form to our desk help center.

1- The customer must sign in with his/her user credentials. ( So system will recoginize automatically account contact etc.. )

2- The customer will fill the form desgined by Zoho forms in the help center.

3- Form send operation will create a ticket in the system

Actually, I can make it through the Zoho forms to create a new ticket as soon as submission of the form but unfortunately there is no option for the customer to sign in. I did it with Zoho CRM field on the form and customer is able to select his contact name on the form. But in this case, He sees all the contacts and this destroys our security. There is no data security level.

Is there any other solution which you can suggest me ?
