Since last week we are using the new version of zoho mail, and we have some issue with tasks.

In the previous version you could easily share a task with other organization members and the members could update the task according to their information or knowledge. Nowadays with the new version we are trying to do the same but only we got is sequences and comments on the others tasks.

How we can assign/share tasks in such a way that every "task member" could update the task? For example from pending to done.
