How to create Commission-Based Products?

Hi,
I am running a marketplace website and I am trying to setup commission-based products, I have : 
  1. Commission on each sale "with a minimum amount X% but the minimum is $Y"
  2. Fixed amount commission on some sales "$X For each"
  3. Joining Fees "One time"
  4. Monthly Subscription "Recruiting" 
  5. Service Fees "Paid by Seller"
  6. Service Fees "Paid By Customer" - in some cases
  7. Advertising Fees "banners and so"
Can you please assist us and inform me on how to create such products and commission settings and how to record them as receivables to be accumulated in accounts to get paid later on?
