How to Customise a PDF Exported from Entries

I currently am using a custom form developed by ZOHO, very helpful thankyou.  (Scroll down for more information)



I'm trying to customise the look of PDF that can be printed when you select the export option.  Any clues on the steps I would need to take to customise this PDF? 

 The end outcome I am looking for is so that I can print the PDF and it will look like a consignment note you place on a parcel.  Something like below.
