How to Customize the candidate search listing

I understand how to customize the candidate info form. I've already added a second phone number field.

However, it appears that Zoho only shows a few selected fields on the candidates when I go to the candidate tab for all candidates or after any search.

How can I customize (add or deselect) which information is shown in this screen, such as their second phone (contact) number?
