I have obviously missed some crucial aspect, but I am trying to set up my Zoho People app such that all those clients who we no longer do work for are not listed in the "Client' dropdown when posting timesheets as the list is long and it is completely unnecessary to list clients who we ceased doing business with years ago.

Is it possible to disable a client without deleting them as we do not wish to lose all the timesheet records for past client projects.
