I would like to separate date and time in my eMail template

the field ${Interviews.Start DateTime} produces dd-mm-yyyy hh.mm as output,

while I would like :

your appointment is scheduled DATE dd-mm-yyyy, the meeting starts  hh.mm and ends  hh.mm
