I've tried enabling it in Control Panel under Mail Accounts, it will say "Successfully Changed" but as soon as I refresh it will say "IMAP access disabled". I've also tried changing it in the settings under POP/IMAP in the user account, it will say "your changes updated successfully", but when I go back, the same thing happens.
