I'm a free user experimenting with Zoho database and like it very much so far. If I could solve this puzzle I'll definitely purchase a Zoho package.

I have an old database form in triple layout format, which I understand Zoho only do double layout. I've enclosed a picture of my old database form and hopefully you guys may give me some suggestions on how to fit it into a double layout format.

On the old database form, below TYPE there are several construction code like 'Men at Work' etc... next to it is a box where we insert a number. Can you guys suggest a way to fit all that into a double layout. It doesn't matter if it is vertical or horizontal?
