How to I report on CRM Notes related to a custom Module?

I have a custom module (called Agreements) that I'd like to show the last Note added to the CRM record.

As far as I can tell, Zoho Reports allows you to import custom modules, activities, events etc, but not Notes.

Does anyone know how to do this?

(I want to create a tabular report, one Agreement per line with the last Note as a 'Comment' column at the end).
