How to link CRM Contacts to Zoho Mail

I want to send out emails to customers using the contacts that are entered in the CRM contacts , how can this be done . As currently when I click the to or cc button it only shows contacts saved in zoho mail

Also when we use the send email feature , how do we get list of email id in the cc , assuming the to email id is taken directly when you choose contacts
