How to modify all my leads with the same firm name into contact and stop marketing emailing campain for all of them.

We are noobies in Zoho CRM, so perhaps it's very easy to solve :

This is my question : 

We have several leads with the same company name. For each leads we have created a custom Score.
For instance, a main target is called " Prospect_prioritaire_1", it's a french word, and the good translation is something like main lead_1. 
A second target is called "Second lead_1".
Then we have created a rule to send several email toward the main lead_1. 
The thing is, if my lead with the score main lead_one respond to us, I don't want to send automatically my marketing emailing to the lead with the Second lead_1 as Score. How can I do that ? How can I transform all the targets with the same firm name as Contact, in fact I want change this status and then stop the marketing emailing steps.

I don't know if i 'm enought clear as I'm french, but hope someone will explain to us how to solve this problem.
