How to organize a meeting with several decision makers -(participants) from the same company?

The case is quite common of a meeting to be organized with several decision-makers of the prospected company.
From the CRM, the invitation is sent to a main contact in the company who should be able to invite other participants in turn.
If a link is addressed to several participants, it is complicated for them to cover a common date
Can this be done with Zoho Meeting without going through a webinar (with a fixed date)?
Using CRM, Zoho Bookings ..?
