How to read backend data for reports?
Hi All -
How do I analyze the data behind the "Average First Reply Time - Tier Report"? For example, we want to look at tickets that took over 24 hours to send a first time reply to. I clicked the icon that shows the reports that create the graph but there's no easy way to read which tickets are in that 24+ bucket. The same applies to the "Tickets Resolved Age Tier-Wise" report.
