We're overall pretty happy with Zoho Projects. However we do have one billing problem that we're hoping you can help with.

Last summer, we added the Project Wiki Add-On to our Zoho Projects account.

Because the backup facility was never improved upon for the Project Wiki Add-On, we've never felt comfortable utilizing the Project Wiki Add-On.

As a result, we've gotten basically no value out of the Project Wiki Add-On.

When we come up for the annual Value Pack 2 renewal at $199/year, how do we remove the additional $99/year Project Wiki Add-On from our account? (while keeping the the Value Pack 2 renewal at $199/year)

Note: Prior to placing this post, I tried utilizing the "Submit a Support Request" form. On clicking Submit, the "Loading..." box stayed up idefinitely.
