How to see a master calendar

I have set up 4 projects in Zoho Projects. I want to see a master calendar that has entries from all projects. How do I do that?

Same thing with tasks. I want to see the tasks from all four projects in one view. How do I do that?

Also, sometimes I create a task/forum post, etc. in one project, then realize I want it on another project instead. How do I move tasks, etc from one project to another?
