How to Structure Data in Zoho Creator Applications

Poorly modeled applications, on the other hand, quickly become difficult to maintain, integrate, and evolve.

1. Think in terms of entities, not forms  

A common mistake in Zoho Creator is modeling directly around forms.

Wrong mindset:

“What are the entities involved?”
