How to switch back to regular email after trying salesinbox
I tried using Salesinbox but after realizing I could only use one IMAP I could see it was not going to work out. My best bet if I want to use Zoho is to stick with using the regular email client so I deactivated IMAP and then found that email.zoho.com and crm.zoho.com were no longer talking to each other. My email tab is gone and there is no way to activate it. I now have to have two browser tabs open, one for email and the other for my CRM.
In the CRM > Setup > Channels > Email > Email Configuration > Email Page it says
Note:You have already integrated your POP account with Zoho CRM in your previous organisation. We are currently allowing POP integrations with a single organisation. Kindly delete the configurations in any prior organisations to integrate your POP account with the current organisation.
I don't have any prior organizations, I have the one organization...I"m lost.
