how to switch guest user to admin

Today we learned about Zoho and we are very enthusiastic about the product and would like to start using it. We also paid a subscription fee for 1 month to test things.

 

The problem is the following:

I created a Zoho forms account, then the IT manager created a forms account.

Then he paid the fee for a month and tried to add me as a user to his list.

Because I was already in an organization, I was added as guest.

It seems that he cannot change my userstatus to admin when you are guest. Also he cannot remove me from the list. I’m stuck there..

 

So I deleted my organization and my account in zoho forms, but this solves nothing. Now everything we try to get me as a user on his organization does not work. Also I lost my form on which I already spent some time. He cannot add me as a user to his mail users, because every link I receive is timed out, nor does he have the ability to resend invites..

 

does anyone have a possible solution for this problem?
