How to track a contact or customer's past product purchases in Bigin Premiere?
Hello there. I am the sole user of Bigin for a small company (chess club), and would like to track current and past purchases made by a contact (player) or company (family which includes the player). Players may register for multiple tournaments, take classes, private lessons, etc. I use multiple platforms for these offerings, and would like to consolidate reporting by exporting the data as csv files, and then importing into Bigin. I've discussed this requirement during an onboarding session, and the suggestion is to use a multipick dropdown field against a contact, or custom tags. This is not particularly scalable, I've also tried using automation to assign contacts a closed task as a workaround to track the record, which logs the purchase in the contact history but doesn't allow reporting. I don't have the skills to use the Bigin API.
I'm assuming this feature is not currently available, just checking if other Bigin users have similar requirements and how they track past purchases if so? Managing purchase history and reporting in another application, migrating to Zoho CRM, etc?
