how to check customer subscribe for ad-dons plans ?

how to track add-on plan because in subscription management tab only main plan details were visible the invoice was generated was perfect but in subscription tab no add-on detail present.

I am not able to see which customer taken which add-ons is there any way to check add-ons details?
