[Solved] How to trigger CRM integration after a failed Form ?
HI,
A customer filled out our Forms. One of the field is a textarea. We set Toho CRM integration, Forms data are pushed as new Deal. However, we found out that the customer wrote quite extensively, wrote about 5000 characters text, and in CRM the target field is limited to 2000 characters.
That record failed obviously to be saved in CRM (it is still in Forms). We have updated the Forms record, updated the fields length in forms, and cut the comment to fit the CRM Field length.
Now, how can we trigger the integration and push that record to CRM again ?
