How to "un-archive" an email?!
Hi there
One of our users may have accidentally archived an email, as he claims it has disappeared from his Inbox and is not in his Trash. I have been testing this and I cannot for the life of me find a way to retrieve an email from the Archive. The help page on the subject appears to relate to an older system and the options described don't appear to be present.
Can anyone help please?
