How to view all emails sent from a mail group address

I've set up a generic mail group ( bills@mydomain.com) so that any of a few members can reply to emails sent to that address. But the sent emails will then only be available in the individual's sent box, right? Other members of the group can't see which email have been replied to and what was said. Is there a better way to handle this?
