We would like to send branded HTML emails from Zoho Assist which match our company branding and other email templates in the business. At the moment we can only send basic text email templates when scheduling sessions etc.

Because of this we are often manually copying links and adding them into our branded HTML emails from Zoho Desk which wastes time!
