Hi everyone,

I am working with Zoho Books Custom Modules and trying to create a custom 4x4 package label PDF template using HTML/CSS.

According to the official Zoho Books documentation for HTML PDF Templates, there should be an option like:

Settings → PDF Templates → Custom Module → + New → Build From Scratch

However, in my Zoho Books organization, I only see the standard template options (Elegant Lite, Universal, etc.) and do not see the “Build From Scratch” option.

I have Super Admin access, but the HTML PDF template editor is still not visible.

Is this feature enabled only for specific organizations/accounts by Zoho support?
Or is there any additional setting/configuration required to enable HTML PDF Templates for Custom Modules?
