Hungarian Special Letter Characters - Display Problems.

Greetings,

We use Zoho Recruit with Hungarian letter characters, and the program has trouble displaying all the letters correctly in the Candidates/Users tabs. We use the "Import Candidate" option to import data from an Excel spreadsheet, and sometimes the letters appear as "�" symbols, and other times, they appear as "&uu..." coding text. However, if we go into detailed view of a specific candidate, the "&uu..." coding text shows up correctly as the intended letters (unless they got imported as a "�" symbol, then those letters remain broken in every section and sub-section).

This problem occurs only with the import feature (we tested both UFT-8 and WINDOWS-1251 encoding), and we noticed that the letters á, í, ű, ő show up correctly every time, while the letters ü, ö, ú, ó, é produce errors each and every time. This problem also happens when a user edits their name.

How can we correct this inconsistency, so that all letters display correctly all the time and everywhere, not just some of them sometimes?
