I am having trouble setting everything up

I am having trouble setting everything up

I have a ZOHO free site and I am looking to get 1 email account. ZOHO does not allow access to the root so I am forced to use the other option and its not working because I have a free site I am not able to add a domain to the page. I emailed into the email help desk but I have not heard anything back. Anyone have any ideas?
