I am new to zoho and would like genergal guidance

hi,  I am creating a site (in free mode for now, but based on the answers here, I will move over to paid account)

1) based on login, can I assign permissions or roles to users.  What I am looking to do is based on person logged in, certain pages will/will not be visible.  I mention roles/permissions but that is certainly not hte only way to accomplish this.

2)  when i embed a form into my site, where is the data table displayed - in my site, or back where the form was created in zoho.

3) can i have email redirects with my mailbox.  don't want people to have to check another email account, want to redirect it to any email they choose.

if these are answered elsewhere, i would appreciate a link.
