First i tried to add a New domain to my existing account but i was asked to upgrade. After Upgrading to Lite, i tried to add a new user to the new domain i just added but i was asked to upgrade again...this time i have to purchase add-ons before i can add a new user.

Now i am already disappointed because this wasn't what i expected. I tried to downgrade my account back to free, but I'm getting this error:

"Transaction Failed

Your Transaction is been declined due to an unknown error or our payment gateway could not respond in time to complete the process. Please try again Later" (i attached a screenshot)

Please kindly resolve this issue, I also need a refund and i also want my account downgraded back to free (Please note that i was here before IMAP and POP was disabled for free users)
