I bought a domain from zoho and I have yet to receive it

I bought a domain from zoho and I have yet to receive it

In order to set up email I am told I must verify my domain. Elsewhere I have read that if I bought my domain from Zoho, I needn't do anything but set up my email accounts.

I have received no communication about my domain.I am this close (picture my thumb and forefinger impossibly close together) to pulling the plug and asking for my money back.

Any ideas?
