I can’t add a photo or recording thing to the note

I can’t add a photo or recording thing to the note

There is something I don’t understand if I want to create one note that has text ,photo and voice recorded message. 

How can I do that ?
when I downloaded the application I saw an example of travel note where in one note there is text and Eiffel Tower and voice recording but actually I couldn’t figure out how to do that.

any chance this is not available in iPhone iOS version.
