I can not access my account!

I can not access my account!

Earlier this year I signed up for the "Mail Lite" plan with Zoho, but today, about an hour ago, my account has become "inactive" and I can't log in.

I'm having to use another newly created account to post here on the forum.

I've already sent emails to support@zohomail.com and support@zohoaccounts.com and so far I haven't had any response.

What happened to my account?
