I can't re-create a user


I had a user which I need to create name: xxx lastname: yyy email: xxx.yyy@zzzz.com delete that user and I need to create it this way name: xxx lastname: yyy email: xxx@zzzz.com but the system throws me wrong that this user exists


what can I do?
