Hi, I can't receive emails from my website complancerkenya(dot)co(dot)ke. The mx records are successfully pointed to zoho and the email routing is set to remote. Despite all these no emails come through to support@complancerkenya(dot)co(dot)ke when sending through the contact form. I can send and receive no emails without any issue on the zoho platform. Kindly assist on a solution or way forward.  

I have attached a screenshot on the status of delivery as reported by cpanel email tracking, hopefully it can shed some light on the issue
