I cant signup for my new business domain

I cant signup for my new business domain

Dear All,
I am trying to sign up my organization domain (recently purchased) in Zoho workplace. Unfortunately, it's showing the following text every time. I have even tried from a different computer to solve the problem but failed. 

"We are unable to process your request now, please try again after some time or contact at support@zohoaccounts.com"

I have sent an email to the support but so far no reply. I need to solve the problem in a bit urgent basis. 
Any help will be highly appreciated
